HESKA^® Solo Step^® CH Test Cassettes are one-step, lateral flow immunoassays for the detection of antigen derived from Dirofilaria immitis in canine serum, plasma or anticoagulated whole blood.

The study demonstrates that Solo Step^® CH detects heartworm antigen at 2-fold, 4-fold and even 8-fold dilutions lower than Snap^® Pf.
With Solo Step^® CH, you can be assured that you are not getting a false negative result when low levels of antigen are present.

Even with hemolyzed whole blood samples, Solo Step^® CH is 100% readable.

Easy-to-read results.

A blue “control” and red “test” line will appear within 5 minutes of adding serum or plasma.
Anticoagulated whole blood results will appear within 10 minutes. (Note: background will be slightly more red when using whole blood.)
