Can I get points for purchases made through a distributor?

Yes. All eligible products sold through distributors will have a Supply Rewards label on them, except for Solo Step® Canine and Feline Heartworm Tests and Feline UltraNasal® Vaccines (see previous note indicated at the “*” for information on receiving points for purchase of these products).

Do I get Supply Rewards for my trade-in if I purchase equipment after June 30, 2005?

No. Trade-in values will be credited against your invoice.

What if I receive an eligible product but it doesn’t have a label on it (or the label is damaged and I cannot read the code)?

Just contact Supply Rewards at supplysupport@supplyrewards.com to receive the appropriate rewards credit.

What if I ordered an eligible product, but I received the wrong product?

Just contact Supply Rewards at supplysupport@supplyrewards.com to receive the appropriate rewards credit.

When do my Supply Rewards expire?

Codes must be entered into your account within 36 months, however, once your rewards are in your account they do not expire.

Do I have to purchase a certain amount of product to earn Supply Rewards?

No. Once you are enrolled in the program, you can start earning points immediately.

Can I receive points on products I purchased before I registered for a Supply Rewards online account?

Supply Rewards can only be earned once you have registered online for an account.

Can I receive a check instead of Supply Rewards?

No. Supply Reward points are redeemable for great products through the Supply Rewards Web site only.

Will I receive communications from Supply Rewards?

Yes, however, you can opt out of receiving communications from specific sponsors at anytime by modifying your profile.

What if I have technical problems with my Supply Rewards online account?
